About the Symposium
This symposium brings together researchers from the international project Critical AI Literacies in Language Education: Building with Design Justice, supported by the Worldwide Universities Network (WUN).
The project connects researchers from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Université de Sousse. and the University of Leeds. Drawing on research conducted across Brazil, Mexico, Tunisia, and the United Kingdom, the symposium provides a space to share comparative insights, discuss emerging findings, and envision more ethical, inclusive, and just futures for AI-mediated language education.
